The Housing Partnership offers rental counseling for households who may need it to secure their rental.
Rental Counseling requires one visit with our HUD-certified housing counselors and completing a financial capability course.
After completion, a certificate of completion is issued to present to prospective landlords. Our rental counseling also evaluates affordability for our clients.
