Once you complete the homebuyer education, you can take advantage of the free follow up financial coaching. Where you meet with a homeownership professional to start planning your road to homeownership. They review the home buying process, review credit, help you establish a budget and determine your affordability.
They will also provide you with information on any special financing and/or additional resources you may be able to take advantage of as you prepare to buy.
Financial coaching and one-on-one counseling for up to 24 months is included in the fee for your workshop.
We offer the workshops online, or in person in English and Spanish.
