Before you submit:

  • Make sure you’re within the income guidelines
  • Have at least $5000 or more in savings account
  • Stable employment for one year or longer

Submission of this application does not guarantee qualification for purchase  

To purchase an affordable home you must place your name into the pool by completing the form below. Please be as accurate as possible with your income and household size to ensure your are placed in the correct list.

NOTE: Email is the quickest way to be notified of available units.

If, after viewing the available home, you are interested in buying it, you must then:

  1. Complete and submit a pre-application, with a pre-approval from a lender for no more than 95% of the sales price.
  2. All preliminary applications are included in a lottery, which is used to determine the order full applications will be processed.
  3. You typically have 7 calendar days after the lottery to return your full application.
  4. The first certified applicant will be eligible to enter a contract – there is no guarantee an application will result in home ownership

Who will live in the unit? Please indicate if anyone over 18 years of age is a full-time college student.

Please list total household gross income for everyone over age 18 who will live in home and is not a full-time college student. This should include salary, pension, social security, child support and alimony. You must be at or below the income limits listed above to be placed on our Interested Parties List:
